 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Honey's Abaya offers a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products.  In case the customers face any issues with our products, they can return it within fourteen days and have their money back. 

Products’ Condition in case of a Return/Exchange

In order to be a product returned (for an exchange or permanently), it must be

  • Unused and Unworn
  • Must be in its original packaging 
  • Along with the original receipt,
  • Claimed within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in mint condition, with the pricing label secure.

Address/Information Modifications:

Customers can modify information during the 24 hours of order. One can also discuss such an issue when they receive a ‘confirmation call’ from our representative. However, once the order has been confirmed or dispatched, no address or information can be changed. 

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. Honey's Abaya reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including

  • Stock unavailability
  • Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
  • Pricing imprecision
  • Wrong Information/address given by the customer
  • If the customer does not respond to the confirmation call, text or e-mail

 

Exchange Orders:

Exchanges and additions can be made within 24 hours of order placement. In addition to that, during the confirmation call, our representative will confirm if the customer wants to add or change anything. 

Honey's Abaya implies no charges on exchanged items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Exchange for another item is applicable, and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.

International Orders:


Honey's Abaya does not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders.

In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit shall be offered to the customer.

The customer should notify the discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered.

Abaya.pk will not cater to any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.

Honey's Abaya monitors return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at Honey's Abaya online and offline stores in all instances.

Order Placement Through Authentic Mediums:

We encourage our customers only to place orders from our official website, www.honeysabaya, our WhatsApp account, or call on our official number, 0300-7577282 and our official Facebook and Instagram page, named Honey's Abaya.   

However, Abaya.pk warns each individual to not purchase any product through any other medium except the ones that are mentioned above. Honey's Abaya doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased by unauthorized resellers, individuals, Facebook, or Instagram pages. 

Courier Agents:

Couriers: Honey's Abaya avail services of the following courier companies currently, to deliver your orders. However, the company is not bounded in any form to change the courier agents at any point. 

For deliveries in Pakistan: Leopard and TCS

Order Verification and Delivery Duration:
Verification and preparation placed on Monday-Friday can take 1-2 working days. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in the verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. 

Online Billing Procedure 

Online Payment:
Customers who opt for an online payment option may go through a fraud status check to ensure a transparent, legal transaction for a seamless experience. The order will be processed once the confirmation is done.

However, the order will be canceled if the status check for online payment is not approved. 

Cash on Delivery 


Customers who prefer cash on delivery will pay the charges after accepting the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contacting tracking information, be sure to check the junk/spam folder as well.

For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be canceled.

Shipping and Customs Charges: 

Shipping charges are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials, will be borne by the customer. One can also check the international rates as per their location while placing the order by clicking on the ‘estimate shipping and taxes’ option.

We currently offer free local shipping on orders Above Rs.6000 within Pakistan.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless specified in the description.

Paid Order Modifications/Returns:

In case of a paid order being modified, a partial refund will be credited back to your account once the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is being canceled then the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.

The current exchange rate will be applied to the refund of the items returned/exchanged.

In Case of a Defected of Misplaced Order:


In case of any defective or wrong orders dispatched to the customer, Honey's Abaya offers free pick up to rectify the situation. However, if the customer accepts the order, the company will no longer be held liable for any defects or misplacements. 

We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.

Fabrication and Washing Instructions:

Most of our abayas are made of 100 percent pure Korean georgette. Materials are also specified in the product description of every item on the Honey's Abaya website. 

Honey's Abaya takes no responsibility for any damage after washing or ironing an Abaya or Hijab. 

Refusal of Parcel Without Any Reason:

We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery WITHOUT ANY REASON. Instead, store credit shall be issued against the refused package once it reaches back to our stock.

Once the relevant team assesses your product, you will be offered an exchange/store credit subject to availability.
